IMPORTANT: you must keep all scheduled appointments. Failing to do so could jeopardize your EOPS status and benefits. You must cancel or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.A combination of more than two (2) no-shows, same day reschedules, or cancellations per semester will result in a warning letter. Please refer to the EOPS MRC & Policy Statement for more information.
